Each collection I release holds special meaning and reflects my personal mental health journey. This collection was inspired by Dr. Daniel Amen, a renowned psychiatrist, and his study of brain health. On all of the podcast he’s featured on, when asked about his personal practice, he shares this: before falling asleep, he asks himself, “What went well today?”—finding one good thing that happened that day, even on the hardest days. Over time, this trains the brain to focus more on the positives, even in dark times. I've since adopted this habit, and it truly does make a difference, inspiring me to create the Find The Good Collection. Now, when you see the quote on this collection, you'll understand its deeper meaning and can share it with others, spreading positivity and inspiring them to find the good in their own lives.
